• These terms apply to all customers, buyers, distributors, and business partners.
• Any deviation from these terms must be approved in writing by Ambra Organics.

2. Product Disclaimer

• All products are natural and may have slight variations in color, taste, size, and texture.
• Product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference only and may vary.
• Ambra Organics does not guarantee identical consistency across batches due to the natural nature of products.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmation

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation or written approval from Ambra Organics.
• Bulk, export, and private label orders are subject to separate pricing agreements.

4. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before processing orders.
• Ambra Organics reserves the right to hold or cancel orders in case of payment delays.
• All applicable taxes, duties, and charges are to be borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

5. Production & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, raw material availability, or logistics.
• Ambra Organics is not liable for delays caused by third-party transporters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk and responsibility of goods transfer to the buyer once dispatched.

6. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without approval from Ambra Organics.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect goods, subject to verification.
• Claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid proof.
• Refunds or replacements are processed solely at the discretion of Ambra Organics.
• Customized, bulk, and private label orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Quality & Liability

• Products are quality-checked before dispatch; however, Ambra Organics is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
• The company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
• Ambra Organics shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Private Label & Custom Orders

• All specifications, packaging, and labeling must be finalized before production.
• Any changes after production begins may not be accepted.
• Ambra Organics holds no responsibility for regulatory compliance of private label products in the buyer’s market.

9. Compliance Responsibility

• Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, import/export regulations, and product usage requirements.
• Ambra Organics will not be liable for any legal issues arising in the buyer’s region.

10. Intellectual Property

• All branding, product names, content, and materials remain the property of Ambra Organics.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

• Ambra Organics shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Right to Modify Terms

• Ambra Organics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued business with us implies acceptance of the latest terms.
